Martie Clark, St. Charles County Attorney

AppealsAppellate work is a highly intensive area of research and legal writing.  If you have had a trial in your case and you are unhappy with the results, or have been advised that your case is appealable then you want an attorney with extensive and exact research and writing skills.  Mrs. Clark has successfully argued in the Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri.  She was also editor of the Law Review at Thomas M. Cooley Law School.  Mrs. Clark learned many of her research and writing skills from Professor Joseph Kimble while in Law School.  Mr. Kimble is one of the leaders of the “Plain-Language” movement and has worked on such projects such as redrafting the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence.
